Designing a 1931 Art Deco Wagon Concept

In creating this concept car, I wanted to explore the elegance and forward-thinking design principles of Art Deco while combining the spirit of Citroรซn's iconic models. The smooth, flowing lines reflect the sophistication of 1931, merging organic curves with geometric patterns to embody both modernity and innovation. The bodywork features prominent chrome accents and sweeping curves that feel futuristic, yet grounded in the design language of the era.

At the same time, I've aimed to make this wagon quirky and daring, pushing the boundaries of the traditional family car. The front grill is bold and expansive, reminiscent of Citroรซn's early ventures into avant-garde aesthetics, while the side profile incorporates an asymmetrical design for visual intrigue. The roofline is lowered, and the car's silhouette feels more dynamic, offering an innovative take on the concept of the family vehicle, with a nod to modernity yet rooted in the optimism of the early 1930s.
