Designing a 1943 Mini Concept Car: Streamline Moderne Meets Wiesmann

In envisioning the design of a 1943 Mini concept car, I drew heavy inspiration from the Streamline Moderne style, known for its smooth, curvaceous forms and a sense of motion. The idea was to create a compact, yet high-performance vehicle that exudes elegance while maintaining its retro charm. Blending these characteristics with elements from various Wiesmann models, I focused on combining handcrafted detailing with sleek lines, emphasizing both nostalgia and modernity.

The handcrafted aspect of this concept is reflected in the attention to detail — from the fine leather upholstery to the custom aluminum bodywork, every inch of the car is designed with precision. Incorporating Wiesmann's visual characteristics, such as muscular fenders and a distinct grille, the vehicle merges classic performance cues with a timeless aesthetic.
