Concept Car Design Thought Process: 2102 Convertible

In designing the 2102 convertible, I wanted to capture the essence of Lincoln's legacy—luxury, elegance, and modern sophistication. The clean lines and chrome accents echo the timeless design of classic Lincoln models while embracing futuristic elements. I incorporated flowing curves in the body that blend seamlessly with a sleek, aerodynamic silhouette, paying homage to the brand's premium roots, while the convertible feature brings a sense of freedom and open-air luxury to the experience.

The interior was equally important in defining the overall feel of the car. Plush, leather seats that conform to the human body add a sense of premium comfort, while intricate wood paneling and high-tech, minimalist dashboards enhance the elegance. I wanted this concept to not only reflect the advanced technology of 2102 but to ensure it feels like a luxurious cocoon—a perfect blend of high-end finishes and cutting-edge design, ideal for the discerning driver of the future.
