Designing the Mini Concept Car for 2253 in Art Deco Style

When designing the Mini concept car for the year 2253, the goal was to blend the compact, urban, and lightweight qualities of the Ligier models with the luxurious, geometric elegance of Art Deco. The sleek lines and symmetrical curves of Art Deco serve as a modern interpretation of the classic compact design. In this vision, we emphasized streamlined contours, ensuring that the car remains both functional in urban environments and visually captivating, paying homage to the future while maintaining classic design sensibilities.

To fuse the Ligier influence, we focused on integrating elements from their lightweight and small-form vehicles, ensuring the Mini of 2253 retains efficiency while staying true to its size and weight class. The Art Deco influence is further showcased through the use of sharp, angular detailing and metallic accents, which combine the boldness of the era with a futuristic touch. The final design achieves a balance between practicality for city living and a bold statement of style, showing how design can evolve while respecting both the past and the future.
